Welcome to my must read blog post guide. I was thinking of a blog post that I could write for someone who was resetting and refocusing on health and fitness. I thought to myself, “what are the top 10 topics, I would want someone to read about in order to see results and enjoy the journey?!” I came up with this blog post line up and wanted to share today to get you going in the right direction or to remind you to think of some things!
My health and fitness goals go in waves. For a period of time, I’m just more focused… I eat a little bit more strictly (less treats/snacks) and I’ll just get more pumped up for the gym. Other times like maybe around the holidays, I go to the gym less than normal and cookies becomes a food group haha. You know what I mean?!
Right now, I am in a phase where I’m super interested in health and fitness. I’m grocery shopping regularly. I’m meal planning and prepping. I’m getting to the gym 5 days a week. AND, I am enjoying it. If you find yourself in a similar spot, I think this blog post guide is going to be perfect for you.
