ConfidenceKini – Week 1 Workouts (Early Access)

Hi, Premium Pack ladies! Welcome to Week 1 of the ConfidenceKini Challenge. I have here your week worth of workouts. I can’t stress enough how beneficial I believe it is that you have all of these workouts ahead of time… I like to know exactly what I’m doing each week and if I need to tweak things, it’s great to be able to do so ahead of time.
I encourage you to look through these workouts. Always make these workout and this schedule work for you! Modify as needed.
Also, you’ll see how I’m combining the Ab Plan into these workouts below!

+PREMIUM AB PLAN: Weighted Ab Workout – Week 1

-SATURDAY-

OPTIONAL CARDIO: complete 30 minutes of low intensity, steady state cardio (ex: walking, jogging, swimming, biking, elliptical or any cardio machine or class

OR

catch up on any weighted workout you missed during the week

-SUNDAY-
