Train the glute muscles while doing cardio with this HIIT workout. I’m always looking for ways to incorporate glutes into cardio and today it’s all about skipping.
When you complete this workout, you’ll realize how skipping gets your heart pumping; I find it almost better than jogging. I also like it because I can more easily absorb the skip (#SaveThoseJoints). But the best part is that I feel it so much in my glutes. Interested to see what you think about including more skipping!

TRAINING TIPS:
- For the HIIT section of the workout, complete each cardio exercise in sequence and repeat for a total of 5 rounds
- Intensity Increase Option: complete 8-10 rounds instead of 5
