Week 3 Schedule (#LGFitmas Day 15) – 12/8

Happy Week 3 of #LGFitmas

A
huge part of success in any area of life is having a plan and
schedule…our health & fitness goals can certainly benefit from
spending some time in the planning phase. I created a weekly schedule
for you all to track what you’re eating, how much water you’re drinking,
workouts, completed challenges, and check ins with the rest of the
community on Instagram! Especially when it comes to meals, it’s really
helpful to write that down. I ask myself, “is that cookie worth having
to write ‘snacked on a cookie’ in your food journal?”
(1) You can pin this weekly schedule to your Pinterest account
or
(2) you can right click to save as and print it off

Day 15 Challenge: (( R&R )) Rest is actually part of the plan! Working out is a physical stress placed on the body and only when the body is able to recover can it grow stronger and healthier. Share with the community how you’re resting and relaxing today!
