Cardio:
-3 min walking (warm up)
-20 min HIIT
     sprint
     skipping
     complete rest
     skipping
     sprint
     complete rest
     ….repeat
-3 min walking (cool down)

 There is nothing I love more than abdominal definition. I don’t like to measure my progress by how many abs I can count in the mirror, but it sure is satisfying to see some lines every now & then!
