Decorating my little boys’ rooms is one of the most precious things to me. I am such a homebody and always have been. The world can be a tough place, but I always felt that when I was home, I was loved and safe. My parents did a wonderful job at creating a home that I wanted to be in, and I always think of that with our home.
We recently moved into this home. In our last home, I went all out with the nursery but right now, both Leo (3) and Beckham (2) are in between nurseries and big boy rooms, so I’m holding off to really “do them up” until we transition to beds. Still, I love their rooms exactly as they are.
I have never been big on toys/play time in bedrooms, and we’ve always had a designated play room, which worked well. I always wanted Leo’s and Beckham’s rooms to feel peaceful and calm. I love neutrals with a few pops of blue. And, I love sneaking in some of their favorite things like animals. I’m also a sucker for monograms as you’ll see
I love the boys rooms, and most importantly, the boys love their rooms too!
