Fiesta Citrus Shrimp & Brown Rice
Ingredients:
-cooked shrimp, tail and shell off
-olive oil or coconut oil (1 tbsp)
-brown rice (1/2 – 1 cup depending on preference)
-brocolli (1 cup)
-McCormick’s Fiesta Citris Salt Free seasoning (found in the seasoning section of most grocery stores)
-lemon
Prep:
-Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil in a sautepan; add cooked shrimp (tail and shell off)
-Sprinkle seasoning over shrimp and heat on low heat until warm
-Meanwhile, cook rice and steam broccoli
-Mix all cooked foods together and squeeze lemon over mixture
Wanted to know about how much shrimp and does this just serve one…
Hi there, all my meals are adjustable to fit individual needs. I typically use around 4oz shrimp, which is around 24g protein, but use more of less depending on your needs/how many you're serving!

I am always looking for good calorie/salt free spices! Looking forward to trying this one. Mrs. Dash's HOT seasoning is fabulous too. I love it on chicken stir fry.
