As someone who is an avid goal-setter, I love a new year. I love that it’s a very reflective time and opportunity to start fresh. I fill myself with possibilities as I look at my past goals and set new ones. Last year, I reflected on these questions after a tough year and it was incredibly powerful. I shared it with you all and had countless messages saying how much you enjoyed it as well.

Below are some questions to help you focus on the good – the little and big victories – that brought you happiness this year. These questions not only helped me find more to be thankful for but also, they also lead me to knowing exactly what goals I wanted to set for myself and my family moving forward.
