I’ve always gravitated towards a comfy and casual sneaker look. So, naturally, I am loving that the treasure and sneaker trend is so hot right now. There are many days that I find myself wearing the same sneakers with 3 different outfits transitioning from the gym, to working from home and then onto school pick up and errands. The other day, I snapped photos of this outfit transition.

AVRE SNEAKERS: about the brand + the sneakers I’m wearing here

I’ve been a big fan of Avre sneakers for awhile now, and it’s hard not to with a brand and mission as good as theirs. If you’re not familiar, Avrew is a sustainable shoe brand. Their shoes are equally as fashionable as they are eco-concious. They donate 10% of proceeds to Oceana and Girls in Tech. I absolutely love their mission for making the world a better place and empowering woman. AND, I truly think their sneakers are knock outs. Whenever I wear them or post a photo/video in them, I instantly get questions asking where they’re from.

SNEAKER LOOK #1: AT THE GYM

The most obvious sneaker styling is with an athletic look. You probably know by now that I am a big fan of an all black outfit. When I’m getting dressed early in the AM, it’s just the easiest to pick out because everything always matches, ha. The all black outfit makes your sneakers pop. Then, I always finish it with a baseball cap.

SNEAKER LOOK #2: WORK FROM HOME / ATHLEISURE

After I workout, I quickly jump into work. I walk in the door from school drop off and the gym, and immediately it’s a work call, quick mtg, posting this or that, etc. Unless I’m super sweaty, I’ll usually just change my top. I am a big fan of a comfy hoodie and if it’s chilly out, I’ll add a layer like a utility jacket or denim jacket.

SNEAKER LOOK #3: OUT + ABOUT

After I get my urgent work handled, I’ll hop in the shower, get ready and put on a new outfit. It’s usually a basic top, jeans and sneakers: an outfit you’ve likely seen me wear a zillion times. My tip for styling with sneaker is to wear a fitted top. I love how a chic top pairs with casual sneakers. Per usual of my style, I like neutral colors.
