Merry Fitmas! Fitmas is our healthy holiday. It’s a fitness, food and lifestyle challenge with the goal of helping you enjoy every moment this holiday season while continuing to hit your goals. It’s a balanced approach with quick workouts and simple meals.

WHAT IS THIS SCHEDULE?
Every Sunday, I post a schedule for you which lays out every day of the week and every workout we will be doing. It’s for your planning purposes to see for example that Monday = arm day and Sunday = a rest day.
WHERE ARE THE WORKOUTS?
To get the workout of the day, you’ll stop by here every AM to find the new workout. The workout will give details like sets, reps/time, exercises and have photos of each exercise. All workouts will be ~30 mins (or less).
I’m also creating amazing blog post content (Thanksgiving Recipes including a healthier Green Bean Casserole – my fav, Save vs Splurge Workout Outfits, Healthy Restaurant Orders, etc.) during the challenge so I hope you enjoy those each day too!

The video workout plan (here) contains 9 of some of the most intense workouts I’ve ever created. The challenge workouts will utilize the videos from this plan, so I would suggest it if you plan on completing this challenge. But, keep in mind… the videos are not just for this challenge. They’re great for your training year round!
