Premium Challenge Pack: Week 3 Workouts

Let’s go and kick some ass (of our own!) this week. On Wednesday we hit that half way mark of the ConfidenceKini Challenge. That excites me because I love short-term goals and challenges for the simple reason that there’s no need for slacking. We can easily rock out 3 more weeks together, right?!

You’ve done great so far. You will continue to do so. This week, you’ll notice a fun change in our training split by how our muscle groups are broken up. This is a highly effective split for those of us with muscle/fit goals. Let’s get to it!

-CONFIDENCEKINI WEEK 3 SCHEDULE-

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

The workout of the day will be a weighted or cardio workout. We will use dumbbells, a kettlebell, cable machine (or a resistance band if working out at home) and a barbell (you can use dumbbells if you don’t have one, but I highly suggest purchasing a small barbell because they’re that good!)

AB PLAN 2.0

These workouts are part of the premium challenge pack’s Ab Plan 2.0. It’s an additional ab workout to do before or after the daily challenge workout.
