Tip of the Day: MOTIVATION MONDAY! Have you ever realized how much your daily motivation determines what you get done in a day?! I can recall several instances in which my to-do list was a mile long, but my motivation just wasn’t there, so I lowered my daily goals that day to fit how I felt. It is as if we almost become victims to our motivation levels. We need to retain the mindset that we are in control. Yes, we are in the driver seat of how we feel and act each day. When we switch over to that mindset, our motivation can more easily be manipulated to match our goals. My top tip – start small. It’s often hard to tackle your largest goal, so knock off a few smaller ones; hopefully, this will give you the motivation you need to achieve that one thing you really wanted to get done!
