Dollar a Day Training: Back to the basics! This leg workout is all about the “old school” movements, which are highly effective in shaping and building fit legs! Sometimes, myself totally included, we get too caught up in the “latest and greatest” when it comes to fitness that we forget the basics, such as the above movements; I like to combine my knowledge of how to enhance these fundamental movements to best build the glutes & shape the legs in a feminine way, which I explain through my training tips available on the downloadable workout!

Our leg/glute workouts are pretty similar! You have an awesome body…amazing work and it shows. Things I get from the center aisles at grocery stores that are the exception – almonds, smart popcorn {mostly for the kiddos}, organic juice {again for the kiddos}, organic 99% fat-free low sodium chicken broth and our frozen veggies. Otherwise, it's pretty much all processed!
