Cardio Day & Ab Cicuit (Day 24) – 5/7

Cardio & Ab Circuit
Cardio (treadmill – steady state):
-3 min walking (warm up)
-30-35min jogging or inclined walking (steady state – keep HR between 140-150bpm)
-3 min walking (cool down)

Ab Circuit:
(Oops – I didn’t do abs again; despite how they look, I must admit I hate training them hehe)
-Pick 3 ab exercises of your choice & preform each for 30 seconds, moving from one right to the next; finish with a 60sec plank. Rest and repeat 3x.

Last workout in my college gym this morning; when I started this 4 week program with you all, I vowed that I would work as hard as possible to build the best body of my life as that’s how I wanted to end my college career filled with learning more about health and fitness. Well, I’m happy to say I did it! I’m not looking for praise, rather, I wish to prove to you all that despite what you have going on in your personal life, there is always time to look and feel good about yourself!
Woke up this morning, bleeding happiness as this is my last day of college!
I cannot contain my excitement for what’s to come these next few months
not only for me, but also for all of you! I have big changes coming,
exciting announcements, and I’m handing out bikini bodies on a silver
platter (haha if only)! Love to all you beauties <3
