Legs – 10/28

Legs:
-leg extensions
-smith machine squats (get low)
-walking dumbbell lunges
-single leg dumbbell deadlifts
-leg curls
-glute machine

TIP OF THE DAY: Get your butt in the hole! What did she just say?! For safety reasons and to achieve your best results, you must keep your form in mind with every movement. When it comes to the squat, never allow your spine to flex as you lower to the floor, but try to get your thighs as parallel and close to the ground as possible – this is what “the hole” refers to. You don’t want to be that person who loads the bar up with weight and barely bends their knees in their squat. Only add the amount of weight that will allow you to keep proper form and get into the hole. Coming up from the hole will be more difficult than your old squat form if you haven’t been getting low; maintain proper form – no spinal flexion, chest high, head up, and breathing! Squat your way to gorgeous legs and glutes 🙂

Early morning workout again, so I can enjoy a beautiful day in Texas.
Found a glute machine – oooh lala hello booty! Don’t forget to squat low into the hole – “if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you” Keep that in mind with this leg workout 🙂
