Wooooeee, am I missing my home gym! My school gym has limited equipment and no air conditioning! Thank goodness I have a gym membership up here, but I like that the school gym forces me to get creative. Today was a busy day of moving back up to school & unpacking, so I used that as my cardio. I enjoyed a great first night out with my friends and boyfriend: no alcohol & still a great time at the bars – it’s possible 😉
TIP OF THE DAY: Don’t let your diet and workouts slip on the weekend. You will be unpleasantly surprised as to how a weekend can erase a week’s worth of hard work in the gym and with food. Stay strong this weekend and get yourself to the gym so you don’t have regrets come Monday!
