BLT Lettuce Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

plain Greek yogurt

lemon zest

ground sea salt

lemon pepper or freshly ground pepper

uncured, natural bacon

Bibb lettuce leaves

cup
halved cherry tomatoes
4
hardboiled eggs
halved or roughly chopped
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt with the lemon zest, salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
Place the bacon in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook and drain on paper towels. Then crumble the bacon.
Divide bacon, tomatoes and egg between lettuce cups.
Drizzle with yogurt mixture or serve on the side for dipping.
