red potatoes, cubed & blanched

cubed stew meat

chicken of beef broth

bag
baby carrots, blanched

olive oil

tsp
oregano
1/2
tsp
dried rosemary
1/2
tsp
ground sea salt
1/2
tsp
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Prep
Place potatoes in the bottom of large, resealable bag.
Add remaining ingredients on top of potatoes.
Freeze.
Cooking
The morning you want the meal, pour the bag of ingredients into a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
