In a small bowl, combine oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and lemon pepper with 2 tbsp olive oil
Place chicken in a large, resealable plastic bag and pour above mixture over the chicken.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade
Cook chicken breasts for 5 mins. Flip and grill for 2 more or until the chicken registers 165 with a meat thermometer.
Toss tomatoes and olives with remaining olive oil in a small bowl; spoon mixture over grilled chicken breasts.
