blueberry or flavored Greek yogurt

acai powder

slices
Ezekiel bread (or bread of choice)

chopped strawberries

dark chocolate chips

tbsp
shredded, unsweetened coconut
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and acai powder.
Toast bread lightly. Spread yogurt mixture between slices.
Top with strawberries, chocolate and coconut.
