Cinnamon Baked Apple

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 Red delicious apples or Granny Smith apples
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a small ramekin with olive oil.
  • Peel and cube the apples. Place them in a small bowl, and toss with honey, oats, cinnamon and sea salt.
  • Stir well and pour the mixture into the ramekin.
  • Bake until apples are softened, about 25 minutes.
