Funfetti Cake Batter Protein Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup organic maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened plain or vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp dark unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl
  • Roll out into 1 1/2 inch balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Recipe makes 2 servings (1 serving = 5 protein balls)
