Grease a 9×13 metal baking pan
Whisk the eggs and stir in the milk, vanilla and stevia
Place bread cubes in the prepared pan and pour egg mixture over it
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
In a small saucepan, warm blueberries and honey together.
Cut French Toast bake into 8 equal squares
Top with a dollop of yogurt and drizzle with berry mixture.
