Blueberry Almond Overnight Pro-Oat Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small handful blueberries or 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except blueberries/banana) to a container or jar with a lid
  • Shake the container jar to mix well
  • Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours)
  • Top with blueberries or banana when ready to eat
