Ingredients

plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

oats (optional - gluten free oats)

egg

unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4
cup
cashew or unsweetened almond milk
1/2
cup
truvia or natural, sugar-free sweetener
1
tsp
baking soda
pinch sea salt
Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender or in a bowl with a hand mixer.
Pour batter into a baking dish & sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then, let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
Notes
Recipe makes 9 brownies (1 serving = 2 brownies)
