Fall Challenge: Arms + Abs Workout (W4D5)

We are ending the week with a workout I think you are really going to enjoy… arms and abs. This workout is effective because a lot of the ab movement I’ve thrown in are plank/high plank based so you’re not only working your abs but also your arms. Hitting the target muscle groups throughout the entire 30 minute workout is a verrry powerful thing. Happy Friday!!
