Premium Challenge Packs: Weekly Workouts

Hey, Hi, Week 2! I’m so proud of your commitment last week and most importantly, how excited you all were for the new workouts and meals! Excitement makes healthy living easier and more natural (and the results that follow!), so let’s keep that up.

This week, I’m focusing on taking the workouts up one notch. And by that, I mean adding in a bit of cardio/conditioning a few days per week. You’ll notice that at the end of a few workouts.

The recent LG Sisters Get Strong Plan was a community favorite and the training style in that plan is similar to what you’ll experience this week. I always want you girls to love these workouts… this training style will make you work while leave you feeling good.

The workout of the day will be a weighted or cardio workout. We will use dumbbells, a kettlebell, cable machine (or a resistance band if working out at home) and a barbell (you can use dumbbells if you don’t have one, but I highly suggest purchasing a small barbell because they’re that good!)


These workouts are part of the premium challenge pack’s Ab Plan 2.0. It’s an additional ab workout to do before or after the daily challenge workout.

Workout: 30 mins of low intensity, steady state cardio of choice (ex: walking, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, stair master, cardio machine of choice, etc.)
